As ORG GLOBAL LOGISTICS, we offer comprehensive services regarding customs declarations, which is one of the most critical steps in international trade and transportation processes. T1, T2, TR and ENS declarations are among the important documents used in customs procedures, which vary depending on the origin and destination of the transported cargo. We manage these processes on your behalf in the most accurate and fastest way and ensure that your trade progresses smoothly.

  • What is T1 Declaration?:
It is the document used for the transportation of goods whose origin is not in the European Union countries within the common transit regime.
For example; T1 document is used for a transit operation where the departure country is Türkiye and the destination country is Bulgaria.
It is the regime code generally used for the transportation of goods that do not have community status. However, there is no obstacle to the transportation of community goods under the T1 regime code. T1 regime code is the regime code under which all kinds of goods can be transported in the common transit regime.
  • What is a T2 Certificate?:It is the code regime used within the common transit regime for goods originating from one of the European Union countries. For example; A T2 document is used for a transit operation where the departure country is Germany and the destination is Serbia.
  • T2 Regime code: It is the regime code used only for the transportation of Community goods within the scope of the common transit regime. Community goods are understood as goods obtained entirely within the customs territory of the community, goods coming from outside the community but put into free circulation within the community, and goods obtained from the use of these two types of goods.
  • What is TR Declaration?:
It is the document used to include goods that are not in free circulation in Turkey, Serbia and North Macedonia, with their transit from one customs to another within the same country. For example; A TR document is used for a transit operation whose departure customs is Istanbul New Airport and whose destination customs is Dilovası.
  • TR Regime Code: It is the regime code that is used only in national transit transactions and does not make any distinction regarding the status of the goods. It cannot be applied to goods to be transported within the scope of common transit. If there is a transaction that starts from an office of departure within the Turkish Customs Territory and will be completed at a destination office within the Turkish Customs Territory, the regime code must be TR, regardless of whether the goods are in free circulation or not. For example, in a transit operation that starts from Halkalı Customs Directorate and the destination office is declared as Kapıkule, the regime code must be TR. This situation will not change if the country to which the goods are actually destined is a party to the Common Transit Agreement. Since Kapıkule is chosen as the destination administration, the regime code must be TR.
  • What is ENS Declaration?:
ENS (Entry Summary Declaration) is a declaration that is mandatory in maritime transportation in accordance with the European Union legislation. This declaration ensures that cargo information is sent electronically to the relevant parties at the port of destination on road vehicles traveling by Ro-Ro. ENS declaration must be submitted for all vehicles boarding a Ro-Ro ship from Turkey. For example, ENS declaration is required for shipments from Pendik, Ambarlı, Mersin and Çeşme ports to Trieste and Bari in Italy and Toulon in France. As ORG GLOBAL LOGISTICS, we help you easily create your ENS declarations in three steps with NCTS Hub and enable you to track the status of your declarations online.
